Our founder and lead teacher, Lynn Coalson, offers workshops, individual consultations, and mentoring. Her joyful teaching style inspires participants and fosters enthusiasm for the Forest Kindergarten early childhood education movement. With over 40 years of diverse teaching experience, Lynn thrives in outdoor settings.
In spring 2018, she partnered with Atlantic Beach Parks and Recreation to host Marsh Tales Storytime Hikes at Dutton Island for young children and their families. The success of Marsh Tales led to the creation of Outside Kids, where Lynn connects children with nature through storytelling, singing, and play.
